4shared Changes Again

Evidently 4shared has decided that you have to be a member to leave a comment. It doesn't take but a moment to sign up, and it is free. The good news about this is that it will stop all the anonymous BS. The bad news is nobody is signing up. I think that if they are going to do this, you should be required to be a member to download. For the moment, I am trying a new service. It seems to be very quick, but I cannot make the link open in a new window. You can always left click it. It will not let me password protect the folders, so this is not a permanent solution. Let me know if you have any problems.

Enchanted Forest

Today's page was created using "Enchanted Forest", a collab between Vicki http://vicki20.blogspot.com/ and Sara http://sweetblossomdesigns.blogspot.com/ . This was just the perfect kit for my "Tink" photos. Be sure to visit their blogs every day this week to pick up the whole thing! Password is: tink. The awesome curled template that I used is from Helena Jole. You can see all of her fabulous designs here . She creates some of the most realistic paper I have ever seen. Check it out, you will be amazed!

Tink & Star Wars

Nothing we could say could convince Wyatt to be Captain Hook for Halloween. Peter Pan was never an option, no way this guy is going out in public wearing green tights! So, here we have Tinkerbell with her Star Wars buddy. And yes, Lilly caught on to the trick or treat thing really fast!





This LO was made using "I Believe" from Kim Broedelet. See it here. I bought this kit months ago when it first came out. I knew that eventually I would get the perfect pic for it!

Some "Tempting" Pics

I wanted to share a few of the photos that I took of the Temptations. They put on a terrific show, and sang for 2 hours with no break! I had left my camera at Matt's house, so I used Mom's to take these, hence the woppy date on every one. The concert was October 25, 2008. We had a wonderful time singing along with all the oldies, and I got to shake hands with every member.

Today's LO was created mainly from my October Color kit. The branches are from the fabulous Ms. Kim Broedelet http://kimbsdesigns.blogspot.com/ (who is once again 21 this week! LOL!!!).
Wyatt and Shawna participated in the "Mom & Me" Cub Scout camp-out last month. Wyatt was so excited! Password is: scout They both had a great time, and of course Shawna shared her photos with me.

What a sad, sad day...

What a sad, sad day this is...I am appalled that so many Americans were hoodwinked by the hollow promises of a silver tongued politician. At least the Great State of Texas was not a party to this abomination. As soon as the florist shop opens I believe I will order a big funeral wreath to hang on the door.

A Little Bit of Festivity

Sorry to be so late with this post, but I have to wait until the other Vicki posts before I do.

Today the release of Vicki's http://vicki20.blogspot.com/ newest kit "Festivity" begins! This is a collab kit with Linda Walton http://bonscrapatitdesigns.blogspot.com/ I only had Vicki's part to work with, but I know that Linda's will be wonderful, too!

You are probably as shocked looking at this page as I was! LOL! This is quite a departure from my usual "junk it up" style, I'm not sure how it happened, but I actually left some white space!

Lilly was hamming it up, as usual, all decked out in her chef outfit. Password is: sweet

I took it easy this weekend, just hanging out at the deer lease with Mom and Dad. We had a really great visit, and yesterday Daddy and I went riding on the four-wheeler all over the place.

Be on the look-out for Halloween pictures of Wyatt and Lilly this week (Tinkerbell meets Star Wars!) and I will also post some pics of The Temptations!
